spirit! Signup now for Alberta's inaugural brain-computer interface
hackathon before our newly extended deadline of Thursday July
15th! This is a completely remote hackathon with more than $10,000
in prizes available!
64-hour hackathon weekend, the event will combine workshops,
networking opportunities, and more.
This is an event for all skill levels.

You will have BCI tech shipped right to you, so you can have a hands on experience with real hardware!
Leading up to and during the hackathon, we will be hosting mini workshops to get you up to speed on BCIs, Arduinos, Python, Git, and more!

All teams will have the chance to participate in a Track of their choice, with three Senior Tracks related to cutting-edge BCI topics, and a Junior Track for those new to the neurotech world. Project ideas and challenges for each Track will be provided closer to the event.
Application deadline extended to July 9th!
• Apply to receive brain-computer interface hardware to use
during the event!
• Hardware will be shipped to eligible participants upon the
payment of a deposit to NeurAlbertaTech (deposit waivers are
in place for those in financial need).
• Note that hardware use is not mandatory to succeed at the event.

No one really likes reading lots of rules, so let's hit
the most important things here:
1. We are only able to ship hardware to the US and Canada
(except for Quebec)
2. At least one team member must reside in Alberta to
be elligible for cash awards
