The Finance Associate position is located in the Department of Finance within NeurAlbertaTech NPO, reporting to the (Acting) Chief Financial Officer to facilitate seamless functioning of the Finance Department. This may include screening and handling reimbursements, bookkeeping, budgeting and grant applications & administration. This role supports NeurAlbertaTech’s mission to foster and grow a globally recognized neurotechnology ecosystem in Alberta.

Role Summary
The AV Associate position within NeurAlbertaTech works on Videography, Photography, Live Streams, Audio and Video Editing. As an AV associate you will gain experience working on AV requirements with a wide-array of equipment for major events with other talented individuals.

Responsibilities
- Reliably attend events like natHACKS, natChats to record/capture media.
- Assist in planning and designing the AV setup for events.
- Test and troubleshoot AV equipment to ensure it is fully operational.
- Attend biweekly departmental meetings.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with presenters and other AV associates, especially during events.
- Ability to deal with dynamic, fast-paced situations.
